Scheduling Coordinator and Patient Care Specialist

My favorite thing about orthodontics is seeing the transformation that takes place when the patients get their braces off. I love seeing the excitement and pleasure on their faces, as well as, the joy on their parent's faces when treatment is complete. I've been working with Dr. Sjursen since 2007, and my duties include taking of your scheduling needs, confirming appointments, and verifying insurance. Whatever you need, I am here to help!

Outside of the practice, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married, and have four sons, Dillon, Garet, Hunter, and Cole. I enjoy reading, family movie nights, attending my children's sporting events, and playing Bunko with my girlfriends.

Patrice Adams

Financial Coordinator and Patient Account Specialist

As the financial coordinator, I have the distinct pleasure of getting to know the parents of our patients. I love seeing the joy and gratitude, and their feeling of money well spent when they see their children's beautiful smile after the braces come off. My duties include preparing and presenting financial arrangements as well verifying and filing all insurance claims, scheduling patient appointments, and correspondence with referring doctors regarding patients. I have been working with Dr. Sjursen for five years, and been in dentistry for almost 20.

I am a Tennessee native, born in west Tennessee and raised mostly in east Tennessee. I moved to the Nashville area in 1986. My husband, Bob, and I have three children, Lindsay, Harris, and Patrick. We also have two grandchildren, Tyler and Paige, and one more on the way! Outside of the practice, I enjoy cooking, and am involved in women's mission work.

Charlotte Lucas

Orthodontic Assistant

I have been with Dr. Sjursen since 2000. My favorite thing about orthodontics is the hands on experience I get every day. Working with each patient, knowing the outcome and smile will be tailored just for them.  My patients are great because they know that the orthodontic treatment is going to provide a wonderful outcome. We are here to help them through the process and are able to get to know every one of them and their families. An added bonus is to see their wonderful smiles when it is all finished. That is why I do this job and love it!

I am a native of Franklin, TN. I graduated from Franklin high school in 1997. My husband and I have one son and are hoping to continue growing our family. In my spare time, I like to travel and scrapbook, but right now, my little one keeps me busy.

Tracy Lynette Szyperski

Orthodontic Assistant

My duties include assisting Dr. Sjursen with all orthodontic procedures, digital radiography, sterilization of instruments, record taking and limited front desk duties. I have been with Dr. Sjursen since May 2008; I have been working in the orthodontic field for 10 years, including practices in Michigan and Maryland. My favorite thing about working in the orthodontic field is the personal relationships I make with my patients from the one-on-one interaction.

I am a native of Buffalo, NY. We moved to Spring Hill, TN in 2007. My husband and I have three children; Kayla, Kelsey, and Kyle. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my children, horseback riding, reading and traveling.

Paige Czirr

Orthodontic Assistant

My duties include assisting Dr. Sjursen with all aspects of patient care. I have been with Dr. Sjursen since 1999. I took a little time off to have a family in 2004, I was so glad to return in 2012 to a great team. I really enjoy being a part of our patients' transformation, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a beautiful smile at the end of treatment!

I am a Franklin native. My husband Steve and I now live in Spring Hill with our two children, Gage and Ella Kate. I enjoy spending time with my family and going to the movies. I am also the Vice Regent of the Spring Hill chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
